When you have to update historical prices of a security across multiple dates, it is quite tedious to open each price file and individually make changes for each security. If the security does not exist in the price file, there is more effort involved to enter in the security type and symbol along with the prices. The tool Priupdt can update prices in Axys® price files for one or multiple dates, for one or multiple symbols and create security records in the price file if they do not exist.

Retrieve Prices
Say you are missing some equity prices for several securities for different dates. Either you manually find those prices and painstakingly update them in the price files or you can use our service. We have tools to retrieve prices from Yahoo Finance for equities, mutual funds, ETFs for specific date ranges. We can then take the closing price for these securities and apply them to your Axys® price files.
PRF/PRB file Builder
If your PRF or PRB files are incompletely built, we have tools to create them from scratch for one or thousands of portfolios. When prices are missing causing the PRF/PRB file not to be built, our tools can find the prices, update the price files and restart the PRF/PRB creation.
Blank PRF/PRB file Creator
We can provide you blank PRF or PRB files for a set of clients. Each file can have a “stdate†record which starts at any date based on your specification. It could be the inception date of the portfolio, the first transaction in the portfolio file or based on any rule you specify.
PRF/PRB database
If you need to extract your PRF/PRB to a database (SQL Server, Oracle, MSAccess, MySQL), we are here to help. This can be useful if you want to integrate with other systems or generate period (3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year) or calendar year performance data. We can also provide you with this derived data.
Group Creator
If your want to create arbitrary portfolio groups based on combination of criteria based on labels in Axys® portfolios, we can provide you with a tool to do so or a service to create these groups for you.
Portfolio Risk Tolerance
Do you want to create a risk tolerance questionnaire and track each client’s response to your questionnaire? We have tool to build a set of questions in a question group. Then question groups can be put together in a questionnaire. Client’s responses to questionnaires can be tracked. You can take the questionnaire multiple times for each client or do it on a monthly/quarterly basis. You can associate asset allocation models based on questionnaire responses.
