Arcons LabelWiz

Say you have hundreds of Axys® client files and you want to manage their labels. Specifically, you want to set a value for one or more label per client file such that the label value varies by the client, e.g. their birthdate, their account inception date, account number etc.

Achieving this task in Axys® manually is tedious, time consuming and error prone. Arcon’s tool LabelWiz can help. It reads a tab delimited file (easily created using Excel) and applies the information to the Axys client file.

The tab file should contain three fields of data per record: Client File/Group File name, label name and label value. The group name should be preceded by ‘@’. When groups are specified, LabelWiz applies the label name/value to all clients included in the group.

LabelWiz creates a new label in the client file. It works with Axys 3.8 and previous versions. A sample screenshot is shown below.

The premium version of LabelWiz can delete labels as well as update existing labels with new values.
