Arcons genComp tool automates the creation and maintenance of GIPS® composites for your Advent Axys® accounts.

Rule Components

genComp allows a composite to be defined based on any of the following flexible rules.

• Minimum/Maximum Account Values
• Account inclusion delay
• Account Entry/Exit date types
• Axys® client file labels to determine account types
• Asset class based weights
• Specific Asset mix

The following screen illustrates the easy to use interface that shows all composites in your firm, the rules for each composite as well as the accounts in each CPG file.

View Account across Composites

genComp shows the composites in which an account resides across time as seen in the figure below.

Compare Composites

You can select any pair of composites and determine the differences between them as seen below.

Maintain Style based Assets for a date range

You can specify a style and its included assets. As your tactical/strategic shifts dictate changes in this asset mix, you can track it in genComp. When composites are created/updated, presence of these assets will be checked in each account to decide which composite it is included in.

Generate composites CPG file

You can generate any or all composites from scratch or update them for a date range. Old CPG files will be backed up for safety.
