CHANNEL ANALYST (JR. SALE)

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the Channel Managers in day to day operations to grow both existing and emerging channels resulting in lead flow generation.
  • Support key relationships with custodian contacts regionally and nationally through proactive communication efforts.  These communication efforts include phone and/or email campaigns, Zoom demo’s and regional meetings in person
  • Monitor, track and document accurate information about custodian contacts in regions.  For example, be able to report on a particular region, how many custodian meetings have taken place in that region and gather sales and lead information in that region
  • This individual will work with the data teams (salesforce team but also database teams) to generate reports and create new reporting tools to help automate reporting.  As an Analyst, you’ll review reports and dive into the material to look for trends in the data.  For example, is there statistical evidence that shows our weaknesses and strengths?  What regions of the country are we strong and where may we need to focus more effort.
  • Escalate any issues custodian representatives may be having with Advent solutions.  This may range from:   Directing custody people to the appropriate support teams at Advent, introducing a material expert at Advent that can help our shared clients, or answer basic questions about Advent products and solutions
  • Support Sales team representatives with lead generation and development. Uncover leads and opportunities through custodian channels and direct those leads to Sales. This may also involve high level pique interest demos or “first stage” evaluations involving custodian representatives
  • Develop outbound lead generation strategies: a) Call and email campaigns for custodians. b) Organize web seminars targeted for custodian representatives and their clients/prospects
  • Structure new custodian channel coverage and create channel plans for LPL, Raymond James and potentially new independent broker/dealer channels.
  • Have expertise in understanding all our commercial and alliance partnership programs
  • Assist in the creation of materials for channel interactions, help create topics for quarterly updates, microsite materials and other key documentation the channels and/or sales team may need

 

Qualifications Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus
  • Some years of experience in Investment Management or closely linked financial software industry
  • Working knowledge of investment advisor custodian services
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in the Institutional RIA space preferred
  • Sales or business development experience
