IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently manage 5-10 client design projects at once
  • Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
  • Design and Deliver training to clients on performance reporting along with our product and service
  • Ability to decipher, process and follow through on client requests
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal Black Diamond departments

 

Qualifications Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • Finance/Accounting experience is plus.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • WebEx, Zoom or other online meeting tools is plus
  • Comfort using conference lines to hold phone-based client meetings
