We have been using Arcons’ billing solution ‘billPort’ since 2019. Moving to billPort helped us simplify and streamline our billing process, automating manual aspects and making our process auditable. Appleton’s next goal was to publish our reports to a web portal automatically. The biggest challenge in our scenario was the automatic splitting of thousands of individual PDFs and associating them to accounts and households. Arcons was quick to implement and demonstrate this important feature. Arcons Technology's billPort software has been a real time saver for our staff. We can now run a billing process for thousands of accounts in minutes, export the fee file and, have our client accounts debited all in the same day. We are able to automatically divide fees between the firm, reps, solicitors, etc. billPort also creates reports that can easily be exported and emailed to our representatives. Our quarterly billing process can be done in literally a fraction of the time it used to take. The ability to customize the software to meet our needs was also a plus and the service is excellent when we have a need.

We began using Arcons Technology 10 years ago, starting with their pricing tool keyPort. It is simple, affordable, easy to use, and exactly what we needed to make changes and update prices within Axys. tallyPort enabled us to package all of our quarter-end reports in a matter of a few hours. The packages come off the printer stapled, with different paper sources and in an order that has cut down on our processing time. Arcons worked with us to customize tallyPort for our specific needs until each process was smooth and error-free. We now have a high-level of confidence that our quarterly packages are correct. costTrak was instrumental in our quest to align all of our cost basis with our custodian’s. We use it weekly to maintain our cost basis as it allows us to push the correcting transactions to the trade blotter with ease.

We use billPort software from Arcons Technology. Our previous billing process that consisted of multiple Excel worksheets was fine when there were a few hundred accounts but as our firm grew in advisors over the years to thousands of accounts, it became impossible to keep up with. It took days to calculate, process and reconcile the quarterly advisory fees. Hemant and his team customized billPort to our specific needs and now when quarterly fee time comes around, our fees are processed and reconciled with a touch of a button. Since then, we have used them for several Axys consulting and special customization projects. In 2011, we decided to implement their CRM product, starPort. After some fine tuning and tailoring to fit our specific needs, we are very pleased with its functionality and easily customizable interface. Their extensive knowledge of the investment business is a definite plus. Their consulting work was an extreme value as compared to other firms we have used. Center Bridge Group has been using Arcon’s aiPort alternative investment solution for the last year. Our aiPort database tracks over 70 portfolios invested in over 130 investments with plenty of room for future growth. aiPort integrates into Advent’s Axys software and our Sage general ledger software to produce timely reporting. Prior to implementing aiPort, reporting and tracking of alternative investments was a labor intensive procedure.
